LaidOffCamp Comes to Colorado Springs Thursday, July 16th 2009
LaidOffCamp provides the unemployed and non-traditionally employed an opportunity to meet, mix and share knowledge with each other as well as experts in a variety of fields.
A series of speakers will hold open workshops and presentations on a variety of issue that effect the recently unemployed, those looking for traditional employment as well as people who are looking for advice on starting their own businesses.
Employers and sponsors from local companies will be present and join in a mixer that brings them together with degreed, tech and mid career individuals who are unemployed. This is a free event open to anyone who wants to learn and share their knowledge with others.
